Sydney’s Iconic Luna Park is for sale, asking $70m AUD! ($46.5m USD)
The park recently underwent a massive $40m AUD renovation in 2020, and is one of the only amusement parks in the world protected by special legislation.
The sale includes the business, the buildings and long-term lease on the land, which is owned by the Luna Park Reserve Trust, a government agency.
